The Team

José Blanco brings over 26 years of experience in product management, operations, financial management, and direct investments to The Central Valley Fund. Formerly, Mr. Blanco served as a Regional Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at AIG Investment Corporation (AIGIC). Mr. Blanco has supervised direct investments into a variety of manufacturing, distribution, service and financial services businesses over the last 25 years, including mortgage lenders, health care providers, business service firms, food manufacturers, logistics companies, securities dealers, and asset management and leasing companies.

Dan Jessee has over 15 years of private equity investment and fund management experience, most of which is directly related to the types of investments that the Fund proposes to make. Mr. Jessee was a Principal with Stonehenge Partners. Stonehenge currently manages $475 million in committed private mezzanine and equity capital. Formerly, Mr.

Ed McNulty has over 27 years of corporate finance, investment, turnaround, and general advisory experience. He has held various senior level positions in merchant and investment banking at the Chase Manhattan Bank. While there, Mr.

Brad Triebsch has more than a 20-year record of proven entrepreneurial ability in taking companies from concept to profitability. Most recently, Mr. Triebsch served as a public finance investment banker for Westhoff, Cone and Holmstedt. Previously, Mr. Triebsch worked with former Los Angeles Dodger personnel on a successful turn around for a sports medicine company. Prior to that, Mr.

Stefan Okhuysen has over eight years of experience in entrepreneurship and finance. Prior to joining the Central Valley Fund, Mr. Okhuysen founded and managed SOU Group, LLC, a Los Angeles based firm focused on providing importing and related advisory services to Mexican consumer products manufacturers seeking to penetrate the Hispanic market in the U.S.

Chris Carleson has spent the entirety of his professional career in finance. Prior to joining CVF Capital Partners, Mr. Carleson worked at ING Variable Annuities as an internal wholesaler. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Carleson worked in conjunction with the external wholesaler to expand the Midwest territories by aggressively pursuing leads and modeling financial scenarios for the client.

Bill Henderson has over 30 years of commercial banking experience, with a strong focus on middle market lending/credit in the California Central Valley. After 3 years at Union Bank, he became a commercial loan officer at Wells Fargo Bank and advanced to Executive Vice President and Division Head in the Central Valley. Headquartered in Fresno, he was responsible for all regional commercial banking offices, covering territory from Bakersfield to the Oregon border, Sonoma, Napa and Imperial counties. In 1997, Mr. Henderson assumed the additional territories of Arizona, Nevada and Utah.

Mark Burrell

Mark Burrell is a 25 year resident of Bakersfield. He came to Bakersfield to serve as the CEO for Farm Credit and then founded the Westmark Group in Bakersfield in 1988. The Westmark Group is a consulting and asset management firm with a broad specialization in agriculture and agribusiness.
