Submitting Proposals
We encourage companies that meet our Investment Criteria to submit a financing proposal. We will need the following information to expedite the initial review:
- Amount of investment requested from the Central Valley Fund and the anticipated use of proceeds. Please include post financing pro formas and tell us if you are out for more than the amount requested from us.
- Current business plan including company background and a description of current and future operations.
- Annual financial statements from the last 3 years (audited preferable).
- Current and proposed ownership structure. Background, education and experience of the management team.
- Projected financial statements for the next 3 years.
